A striking vintage aluminium desk model depicting a streamlined twin-engine aircraft in flight. The aeroplane is mounted above a shaped pedestal base, creating the impression of the aircraft banking or climbing through the air.

The model has a wonderfully sculptural mid-century appearance, with long tapered wings, twin propellers, a streamlined fuselage and simplified cockpit and tail detailing. Its polished aluminium construction gives it an attractive industrial finish that catches the light beautifully. Presented in good vintage condition with surface scratches, small marks, areas of oxidation and general wear consistent with age. There is some unevenness and marking to the pedestal base.
