A very attractive vintage pendant light with a softly textured frosted glass shade and its original gallery, finished in a beautifully aged warm metal tone. The shape is simple and elegant, with a slightly Deco feel, and the glass gives off a mellow, flattering light that would work brilliantly in a hallway, cloakroom, landing, pantry or over a small side table. It has that hard-to-find balance of utility and atmosphere, where the fitting feels authentic rather than overly restored.

This example has been rewired and fitted with a new B22 bulb holder, so it is ready to install and use. The original gallery has lovely age and surface patina, with wear and darkening consistent with time, while the glass shade has a rich, softly mottled texture that gives it real character when lit. It is exactly the sort of piece that works well in old money, country house, cottagecore or layered period interiors, where one honest original light fitting can do a lot of visual work.

Condition is good vintage overall with age-related wear to the gallery and fitting, including surface marks, rubbing and patina consistent with age and use, all of which suit the piece well. The glass presents nicely and the older surface finish is part of the appeal.
