Small metal retaining clips secure the plate around the edges, while the reverse has its original shaped wooden backing and an attached hanging chain.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe mirror plate has attractive age-related foxing, surface marks and some deterioration to the silvering around the edges. There are also small edge nibbles, general wear and areas of tarnishing and oxidation to the metal trim.
