Quite an unusual piece, titled "Rosa Negra Mallorquina", Catalan for "Black Rose Mallorcan". The painting appears to be signed "R. Blanco Blanco" and dated 1945 though the frame and canvas appear significantly older. I suspect that the frame used to contain a different painting. There's a tare in the painting that has been repaired and some general ware to both the frame and painting but I think that this adds to its charm.
