Pair of 19th Century Chinese Bronze Ox Incense Censers

Unusual pair of Chinese Qing cencers depicting ox and their riders.

The censers have a lovely patina and would have been made using the "loss wax" process where the model is first crafted in wax, a clay mould is formed around the wax and then the wax is replaced by molten bronze.

Beautiful pieces in fine condition that would make an excellent addition to any collection,
