Handsome black bakelite desk telephone with a chrome-trim rotary dial carrying the Scandinavian characters Æ Ø on the legend, pointing to Norwegian/Scandi manufacture mid-20th century (likely Elektrisk Bureau or similar). The silhouette is pure classic—rounded shoulders, solid handset, and that satisfying mechanical dial—perfect on a gentleman’s desk, study shelf, or bar cart for a hit of retro tech.

Condition is clean and decorative with age-appropriate scuffs, a little clouding to the dial window and light wear to the chrome ring. Coiled receiver cord present; line lead is period and the set is untested—sell as display, or have a vintage phone specialist rewire to your local standard if you want it to ring and dial.
