A striking vintage serving/display tray from Brazil, the glass-topped panel arranged with real butterfly wings in a kaleidoscopic sunburst of yellows, rusts and iridescent blue-green, bordered by a parquet inlaid wood frame with cut-out hand grips. Luminous on a coffee table, vanity or bar cart, it brings that glamorous tropical note prized in old-money, Hollywood Regency and maximalist interiors.

Condition is good and decorative with honest age: light surface scratches to the glass, small nicks and rubs to the wooden rim and handles, and minor age toning to the specimen background as shown. Structurally sound and ready to use or display.
