Characterful vintage nautical signal flag pennant in yellow and navy, wonderfully sun-faded and weathered from years of use. The long triangular form and quartered colour split give it a strong graphic hit, perfect for bringing a bit of harbour-side, shipyard energy to a hallway, bathroom or studio wall. Hung inside or out, it has that effortless coastal / boathouse feel that works beautifully with modern rustic, coastal grandmother and cottagecore interiors.
Made from a lightweight woven cloth with rope ties at each corner, the flag has plenty of honest wear: sun fading across the colours, small marks and stains, fraying and roughness at the rope attachments and some tiny holes and pulls in the fabric. It’s structurally sound enough to hang as decor, but I’d treat it as a decorative piece rather than for heavy-duty outdoor sailing use.
Approx. 82 x 115 cm (about 32" x 45").
