Lovely circa 1900 gilt wood and gesso plaster convex wall mirror. Often called a 'butlers' mirror, these were used in large Georgian and Victorian country homes by servants to observe a room especially at meal times.
There are a few chips in the gesso and some general ware but I think that adds to its charm.
52cm / 20.5" Diameter
