Paris-style mantel clock in gilt spelter with white alabaster panels and a pastoral maiden beside the drum case. The enamel dial has Roman numerals and blued spade hands behind a beaded bezel; the case is richly cast with masks, garlands and scrollwork and sits on scrolled feet. Height 35 cm (about 13¾").

Offered strictly as found for restoration or decorative display. The clock does not run; the movement and dial currently sit loosely in the housing and will need securing and a full service. General cosmetic wear consistent with age: rubbing and toning to the gilt, small edge nicks to the alabaster, and minor marks around the winding holes. No key supplied.
