Handsome tall mineral-water/seltzer bottle in pale green glass, deeply etched with a flying swallow and the script “Vaux / SUNDERLAND.” A lovely piece of North-East brewery & barware history that looks superb on a back bar or kitchen shelf. Fitted with a later black Spring Soda Water head for display (the original metal head is long gone).

Condition is decorative and honest: light scuffs and age marks to the glass, a touch of internal haze in places, etching still crisp; the modern plastic head is untested for pressure/use, so sold as a display piece.
