A very rare projection microscope made by Flatters and Garnett in Manchester, England and dating from the 1920's. These projectors were used as alternatives to standard microscopes, allowing images of microscopic samples to be projected onto screens so that they could be viewed by many people in lecture halls etc.
The projector is missing its mirror and no longer functional but is a stunning piece of scientific history that would make an excellent decorative addition to your study or library.
