Antique Hindu ceremonial/festival hand-held bell from Nepal. The sound is very clear and pure. The bell is rung specifically to call Vishnu. The top of the handle is in the form of Hanuman and one Garuda crowned with Mukhalinga cobras or nagas. The cobras at the head denote protection. With original iron clapper.
