A charming miniature bronze censer in traditional tripod form with flared looped handles and a rounded belly. This piece is finished with a warm, aged patina, adding depth to its character and surface texture. It bears a Xuande mark to the base, referencing the revered Ming dynasty emperor, though the piece itself is most likely late 19th / early 20th century. Xuande marks were frequently used on censers from the Ming dynasty onward, but especially revived during the Qing dynasty.
