A stunning balance scale on ebonised wood base with a marble top. Brass pan and tray and a set of cast iron weights. Dating C.1910, in good condition apart from a piece of the trim on the wooden base is missing. Made by A&J Brothertson in Edinburgh, I found an old photograph of their premises taking in 1929 and have added it to the pictures. This is all of the information I have found about them
