This circa 1920 large British Railways locomotive head lamp is a fascinating piece of railwayana. Once shining brightly of the front of a steam engine, it would look great displayed on a shelf or fireplace. Comes complete with original oil burner and an excelent rusty patina. The glass bulb that you can see in the pictures is what I believe to be an electric starter for igniting the wick.
