The crank and pedal arrangement remains in place, giving it the appearance of a miniature working cycle rickshaw rather than simply a decorative model.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe combination of bent and riveted metalwork, wooden components and aged wickerwork is very typical of late 19th-century toy construction. An unusual survivor with a strong folk-art quality and plenty of decorative appeal.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIt measures approximately 43 cm long × 25 cm high × 22 cm wide (16.9 × 9.8 × 8.7 inches).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIt is in good antique condition overall with wear, oxidation, marks and signs of age throughout, all consistent with its age and use.
