A charming antique dentist's cabinet or dental instrument chest, crafted in mahogany with a fitted interior and five graduated drawers. Originally designed for the organised storage of dental instruments, tools, and materials, pieces of this type were commonly found in Victorian and Edwardian dental surgeries and medical practices.

The cabinet retains its attractive original configuration, including the fitted upper compartment with circular holders for bottles or jars and a series of shallow drawers ideal for organising instruments, specimens, jewellery, watches, curiosities, or other small collectibles. The warm mahogany timber has developed a rich patina through years of use, giving the piece considerable character and authenticity.
