A lovely honest pub or kitchen piece: a hand-raised copper quart measure with wide flared lip, strap handle and rolled base, clearly stamped QUART to the body and bearing a crowned GR verification punch to the rim for official weights & measures.

The soft, timeworn surface shows the kind of life you want from an old tavern measure—warm patina, small bruises and ripples, and old solder visible inside the base. Structurally sound and watertight enough for display or flowers, it sits beautifully on a dresser and nails cottagecore/farmhouse styling while also reading as “old money” barware. Height approx. 17 cm (about 6.7"), base diameter approx. 11.5 cm (about 4.5").

Condition is good, decorative antique condition with age marks, dings and a couple of deeper dents as shown; no holes; expected interior oxidation; handle secure. A characterful example that looks the part.
