A stunning antique Bohemian casket box in vivid cobalt blue glass, richly hand-decorated in a Moorish or Orientalist style with delicate white enamel dots, floral rosettes, and raised gilded arches.
Set in ornate twisted brass mounts with ball feet and decorative filigree, it feels equal parts jewel box, treasure chest, and objet d’art. Made in Bohemia circa 1880–1910 and attributed to Moser, these boxes were popular in parlour and boudoir settings, often used to store trinkets, gloves, or love letters.
11.5 x 6.5 x 12.5cm
Condition: Excellent for age. No chips or cracks to the glass; minor age wear to the brass mount and hinge consistent with age.
