Lovely miniature hand knotted wool prayer rug originating from the Turkmen people of Afghanistan. Warp and weft are both made from high quality sheep's wool.
In good condition with no damage but is a little faded. It is also a little stiff and doesn't lie very well (edges curl u a little). I suspect that it was washed recently and will soften up over time.
Approximately 100 KPSI
