They display beautifully as a block – instant nursery styling, English country house energy, and pure cottagecore. This is exactly the sort of stack people use for baby shower gifts, children’s rooms, or just to sit on an old bookshelf next to a teddy bear and look quietly expensive.

Condition is generally good, handled, and honest. Boards show age toning, some lean, small marks and rubbing at extremities, a few bumped corners. Interiors generally clean and readable, a few volumes with loose pages. These are vintage Warne printings, not modern facsimiles, but they are not early firsts.
