19th Century Tibetan bronze statue of the Buddha sitting in the lotus position.
Made using the ancient lost wax process whereby the figure is first made from wax, a clay mould is made around the wax, the wax melted poured out and then the cavity replaced my molten bronze.
In excellent condition with lovely patina.
