A beautiful mahogany desk top document chest made during the late 19th Century in London, England by the renowned Waterlow and Sons. The top of the chest opens with two doors with brass hinges to reveal a series of compartments for storing letters and here is a small brass latch that is lifted to allow the drawer to pull out. A very well made and attractive piece. Unfortunately missing its key.
