1950's Thai Bronze Statue of A Warrior Riding an Elephant

Excellent Thai bronze statue of Hindu god Indra warrior riding atop an elephant.

This statue would have been made using the loss wax technique where the statue is first made from wax, a clay mould is cast around the wax and then molten bronze is poured into the mould displacing the wax.
