The combination of traditional hammered metalwork with the increasingly streamlined form gives the piece a lovely transitional Arts \u0026amp; Crafts to Art Deco appearance.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe pewter has developed a wonderfully mellow dark silver and bronze-grey patina throughout, with oxidation, spotting and surface wear consistent with age.
